Within the framework of its responsibilities and in accordance with its institutional framework, the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE), created the “OPESP” (Integrated National Quality Information System) in 2015, which is structured into five (5) subsystems: (a) Quality Data for Higher Education, (b) Business Intelligence (BI), (c) Register of Independent Experts, (d) Certification Management, and (e) Internal Operation.
Following the implementation of the Integrated National Quality Information System (OPESP), it proceeded with the study, definition, and standardization of the quality data of higher education institutions, which are collected annually by the Authority through the information system. This data is made available to the certification and evaluation committees and is utilized in every quality assurance process.
