The strategic goals of the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications focus on the following categories:
• Strategic Goals 3: The Department's Own Quality Policy
• Strategic Goals 4.1: Quality of Completion of the Undergraduate Program in Computer Engineering
• Strategic Goals 4.2: Quality of Studies in the Graduate Program in Computer Science and Telecommunications
• Strategic Goals 5: Quality of the Department's Postgraduate Studies
• Strategic Goals 6: Quality of the Doctoral Studies Program
Below, each category of goals is developed separately, specifying and quantifying individual indicators, setting realistic target values based on the current weighting of the Department. In the quality targeting, actions and roles are prescribed for achieving the goals, as well as the timeline for their completion. The targeting is proposed by the Internal Evaluation Committee (OMEA) of the Department, following discussion within the Department's General Assembly.
